Brian McClive, Head Trader
Brian McClive is the Head Trader for M.S. Howells & Co.
He began his career in 1991 as a Registered Representative for OLDE Discount Corporation at their headquarters in Detroit, MI. After several years he transitioned into management and rotated between several departments including National Sales and Trading. After OLDE was bought by H&R Block in 2000, Brian moved to Chicago to manage an Institutional and Proprietary trading desk where he gained valuable relationships and knowledge that helped advance his career over the next six years before being hired by M.S. Howells & Co. in 2006. At M.S. Howells & Co., he has enjoyed building client relationships while assisting with the execution of their ideas in the Fixed Income, Equity and Option markets.
Brian received a BA in Financial Administration from Michigan State University. Brian holds a Series 3, 4, 7, 8, 24, 55 and 63 securities license.
