Shannon McKinley is an Operations Supervisor for M.S. Howells & Co.
Prior to working in the securities industry, she spent 15 years in the insurance industry as a customer service representative for an American Family insurance agent, and later as a flood insurance underwriter and project manager for Assurant Inc. Shannon joined M.S. Howells & Co. in March 2018 as an Operations Assistant with a focus on providing day to day operations support for both direct and brokerage business. She since transitioned to Operations Supervisor specializing in all aspects of brokerage business processing.
She holds a Series 7 and Series 99 securities license.
